Improve source control workflow

No support for commit or reviews for adding, making the later commands (push) a bit pointless.

Need to review the whole UI as well as development workflow to support more effective source control.

You may consider PonpokoDiff for comparing files. It needs some work before getting to an usable state, but it's at least a start for showing side by side diffs.
