Warn user if mesh material is not properly set

User-provided meshes sometimes are associated with a material ID. If that material ID does not have an associated material input block, the simulation results are NAN. An input file option reset_material_id will clear the ID and set it to 0.

Users may appreciate a warning if they forget to set the input file option and there is a mismatch between material IDs in the mesh and material IDs in the input file.
