Change to Heroku Redis

I changed my installation to use Heroku Redis for 2 reasons, they have a 25 connection limit vs Redis To Go's 10 and I'd prefer to keep it all within the same eco system if possible,

Hey @Skeyelab sorry for delay. Thanks for the pull request - heroku redis does indeed have a better free plan. Currently I dont have any versioning and everything runs off master so I'm going to put merging this on hold for the time being.
