We need some benchmark data in order to take the right decisions about the design of Sigma.

This PR will provide a way to make comparisons between 2 implementation of the Engine and to ensure that performance is not reduced.

It will also provide a proof tool for commits that pretend to improve performance.

I am moving this to the 0.1 release milestone as It would be sort of feature creep to add it in on the eve of milestone 2 feature lock.

I have 12 FPS on my cheap CPU. If it is confirmed on other machines, we have a severe issue.

I am going to move this into the 0.2 milestone as we are going to improve performance in that release.
