Fix for high CPU usage with Offline GMail

This seems reasonable, but can you give me a reproduction scenario? I can't seem to trigger high CPU.

Actually, it seems to work okay for me, except two things:

  1. Forgot-to-render is failing to find the Send button, since it's in a different place.
  2. The hotkey doesn't work for some reason. (Haven't looked into it.)
