I got an email asking for it. It's difficult but maybe it can be pulled off with some styling changes. Like opacity, border, etc.

Unless it's in the OSM data... 🤔

For one way streets, the geo data should be in the direction of the traffic, plus it'll have a oneway=yes tag. This means we can draw arrows on top
