Which is the valid encoding option for 'ISO-8859-1' ?

These strings are not recognised : 'ISO-8859-1', 'ISO 8859-1', 'iso88591' Documentation is not clear about the valid values

Valid values are the ones defined by Node.js. I provided a link in the encoding option page, search for "supported encoding".
