Only wait for double reset when reset by nRST gpio

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Similar to https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_nRF52_Bootloader/issues/218 For MCU that support reset reason, we should only wait of double tap when reset reason is nRST.
