Need a License file

There is no specified license file in this repo and none of the sources specify any copyright or licensing information. Technically nobody can use these files since they are by default copyrighted to the original author which does not allow anybody else to use them without explicit permission from the author. You really need to add a license file and updated the source files to to specify licensing and copyrights.
