Update Offline Mode with new sensors added to Online Mode

Currently the Offline mode has been storming ahead, but I've since added a few drivers to the online mode. This issue is to bring the offline-mode branch in sync with the online mode drivers.

Currently missing from offline mode:

  • [x] SGP30
  • [ ] HTU31D
  • [ ] HDC302X
  • [ ] LPS28DFW
  • [ ] SEN6X
  • [ ] VCNL4200
  • [ ] INA260

Test each one before closing issue / marking task done
