just curious, is this works per file or the entire project dir? from the python code, i think it works per file. but i want to make sure. i dont want to cause git conflict just because of codeformat.

It's per file.

You can run a shell command with phpcsfixer to fix an entire folder. But this plugin formats the current view or selection.
