@michaelAngeloEgypt this PR doesn't resolve the associated issue. I think we need a new article for the SeDelegateSessionUserImpersonatePrivilege user right. My team can use that issue to track that effort....

It looks like this issue is fixed at some point along the way. Please reopen if not the case.

I'm checking with WDAC PM owners, my assumption is that this article should just be removed entirely. Want to confirm that and get a proper redirection target.
