v1.3.1 caused a reboot and blocks external monitor

Updating to v1.3.1 from v1.2.3 on Mac Sequoia 15.6.1 caused my M4 Pro MacBook Pro to reboot and then blocked my DELL S3221QS Display requiring me to use the laptop display to uninstall v1.3.1 entirely. Reinstalling v1.3.1 caused the same issue, reboot, then no external display.

Downgrading to v1.2.3 my MacBook is back to working normally.

The issue stems from 'force-discharging' being forced on in this update (in my case cannot be disabled via GUI/CLI). Once the battery passes 80%, the system cuts adapter power to discharge. This breaks clamshell mode users: the external monitor disconnects immediately and won't reconnect until the battery drains back to 80%.

I had same issue. Is this fixed in 1.3.2? (do not see it in changelog)
