Open battery settings/change low power mode option in dropdown

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. On the M2 MacBook Air (as with the M1/M2 MBPs), the notch makes very little room for menu bar icons. I prefer the menu bar dropdown for this app over the native battery one - its vertical position seems to make it easier to tell how much battery is left, and it makes it easy to disable battery limits. However, there is one thing that I consistently find makes the native battery menu bar dropdown more convenient - the ability to quickly open battery settings, where low power mode can be enabled.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great if the menu bar dropdown included a "Battery settings" button like the native battery one. Even better, a sub-menu that allowed you to select from the four low power modes (Always on, Only on battery, Only on power adapter, and Always off). This would make it incredibly easy to switch low power mode settings, even more easily than it can be done with the native battery menu bar dropdown.

Similarly, I would like if it showed a visual indication that it was currently charging, like the regular battery icon.

Describe alternatives you've considered I suppose I could probably make a shortcut that does this, but that's a lot of cognitive overhead (having to remember that the shortcut is there) for something I use only moderately often.

The benefit of low power mode is well explained here - https://youtu.be/o5BT14rNgo8

would also appreciate a low power indicator on the menubar icon.
