Reproducibility test using hash checks for non-linear KF

Briefly discussed this with @XiaocongAi: we should really lock down the non-linear corrections for the KF (#1233). This would ideally go into a python based test (maybe truth_test_kalman.py after #1232 is merged).

Ultimately, we should strive to have performance histogram comparisons for the residuals and pulls as well (which @andiwand is working on independently).

I think we can close this as the non-linear KF turns out to have a very limited impact.
