i did the test in a Pi 3 i did not try on the Pi2 yet so is it possible to disable the sd card read in the Pi3 complete?
by uncomment the program_usb_boot_mode=1 in config.txt before berryboot installation it does the same it needs the SD card to boot

its not going to work you need to convert the image for berryboot that is not possible on android yet
