UDIM support in WebGL2
WebGL2 supports Texture2DArray. Today's GPU can have many textures in Texture2DArray. So we can support UDIM with it.
My Windows GeForce 2080Ti Machine has maximum 2048 textures in array.

Even my iPhone 7 Plus has the same number.
10x10 grids UDIM might be realistic, at least?
