Good first issues aggregator based on activist topics

Issue

A service that the community here could eventually provide is a help wanted/good first issue aggregator where the activist topics like would be directly related to the projects. We'd make calls against the GitHub and GitLab APIs for projects that have been added to the repo by the community, and the people could easily find things to work on that would support causes they care about. This would be similar to goodfirstissue.dev and firstcontributions.github.io where we get lots of contributors.

This issue is to check interest and collect ideas if it's something we'd like to one day implement :)
