Description

Add unit tests for CardSearchResultEntity (frontend/app/components/card/search-result-entity/CardSearchResultEntity.vue) and its variants:

• CardSearchResultEntityUser.vue
• CardSearchResultEntityOrganization.vue
• CardSearchResultEntityGroup.vue
• CardSearchResultEntityEvent.vue

Focus on:

• Logic: rendering, prop/state combinations, event emission
• Styling: dynamic classes per variant, Tailwind application
• Accessibility: ARIA attributes set via logic only; leave full a11y checks to e2e
• Responsive and dynamic style changes

Document any additional entity variants needing coverage.
