Update the Travis suite to newer Ruby versions

This updates the Rails versions on which squeel is tested to the latest from the 2.1 and 2.2 range

It seems like ruby 2.2.3 no longer adequately supports rails 3.1.

However al rails-4-2-stable tests are passing again, which might mean the Arel bugs have been fixed which were the cause of #369 :smile:
