[WIP] Advanced Search resets when multiple values are present

Thanks for assigning this issue to me. I'm starting to work on it and will keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

Original issue description:

This occurs when using the 'Add Value' functionality. For example:

Field | Value | Value First_name | Fern | Aric

When I click search it just refreshes the page back to default.
