Create conda distribution

Create conda distribution for hub and automate the builds.

Notes

• Our team will create the account and provide necessary credentials.
• "hub" name on conda is already used, please feel free to come up with an alternative name on conda for the package.

We were thinking to ask users to write, we can also add conda-forge with hub-data

conda install -c activeloop hub

I think @mynameisvinn you should open this issue again because it's important for cloud users to have also a conda installer.

Any news on this? Conda is one of the most popular package managers for DS applications and this is a must IMO.

Hi, it's not that important. I was just looking for a nice datasets tool for my university projects and somehow pip install doesn't work under my conda env, but it's not a necessary tool for me
