Who are the maintainer of this Action and is this Action still maintained?

This is an official Action from GitHub but still it is not clear who is in charge of maintaining this Action. Since the last release in February there has been community discussions in Issues and community contributions in Pull Request but no response from a maintainer. So, can someone of the GitHub Actions Team clarify on the status of this project, please.

22 Oct 2019 they are officially maintained by GitHub, but this one (and the upload-release-asset happened to be side projects I was doing, versus something that I can dedicate more time to right now.

15 Jan 2020 Do you have any plans to improve this action or add other contributors to help with the PR backlog?

29 Jan 2020 I'm afraid that there is no maintainer for this repo in GitHub's internal structure. Unfortunately, it might take long until some manager finds out that giving write access to a bunch of employees without assigning any responsability is not going to work. We need someone to take the lead. That might well be an external contributor.
