[feat req] Link to artifact from job page too

What would you like to be added?

It would be great to have a link to uploaded artifact(s) if any from the job page, perhaps from the left sidebar titled Run details.

Why is this needed?

It is an unnecessary click to go back to the workflow page and get the artifact from there esp. for single job workflows.

Oh yeah! This would be a nice improvement. Ideally with job summaries and annotations as well. We would like to do this for sure
