[wishlist] mark previous comment(s) as outdated when removing 'stale' label

Description:

When an issue or PR receives updates and/or the stale label is removed, it would be great if the stale action could mark its previous stale-issue-message / stale-pr-message comments as hidden with the 'outdated' reason.

Justification:

Currently this is something I do manually, but it's useful to hide the previous comments that ask user's to comment if they want an issue to stay alive
