[Windows] Update PowerShell Az Module to 9.0.1

Description

Update installed Powershell Az Module, from 7.5.0 to 9.0.1. The 7.5.0 is seven months old, and version 9.x is out (1 month ago). At the moment 9.1.1 is available, but because it's less than 1 day old (at the moment of writing) I prefer to pin to 9.0.1 which has been released one month ago.

Hi @mikhailkoliada, it's done. I have updated only the Ubuntu PR because that one had multiple commits

Thank you for your PR, but we have to close it due to some commits behind. Our team will update the az module to the 9.0.1 version.
