Hi,
The new VC++ 17.11 have an issue with the STL. See: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/1711-fails-to-compile-templated-code-un/10730785
Is there a way to use the older Windows 2022 image? The one before the new What’s New for C++ Developers in Visual Studio 2022 17.11

Proper compiling without errors.

Repro steps
Just run the tests using C++ STL
