Step by step instructions for setup

Hi,

Where can I find step by step instructions on setting this up on my self hosted runners? Where does prepare_job.json go? What settings do I need to change on my runners?

I have read this but it jumps around topics and doesn't really give instructions on what I actually need do to set this up.

GitHub support has suggested I post an issue here.
