[BUG] Dependency Review gets stuck if forked .

Describe the bug We are running the dependency review but it get's stuck if someone try merging the PR for the forked repository .

It gets stuck and end up running the check for couple of days -- which shouldn’t be ideally .

Can you please help us in resolving this or enhance the feature ???
