"200 199" Speech to text not recognized in French

Hello, the Speech to Text doesn't convert correctly "deux cent mille cent quatre-vingt dix-neuf" into "200 199". It is converted into "200 1199".

It understood "deux cent(200)" and then it understood "mille cent quatre-vingt dix-neuf(1 199)".

I then have some problems with my actions on google project with the provided data since it's not considered as a valid amount.

French Speech to Text have some problem to recognize the right amount, but the Speech to Text in English locale works like a charm.

I haven't found a more appropriate place where I could submit a bug related to "Speech to Text" recognition.
