Add PR author to outputs

What this PR does / Why we need it

Adds the PR author to the outputs of this action. I am building a CI/CD flow where I want to automerge certain pull requests (only those created by one of our bot users). I'm already using this action, and just need another output to check the actor who created the pull request. 😁

Just looking at the commit history, it looks like there have been many dependabot dependency updates since the last JS change in this repo. I think that's why there's such a large diff in the compiled ncc output.
