New `--noconfirm-normal` kind of flag?

WDYT? Any proposals for a better name mb?

The idea is to have an option similar to --noconfirm (and still sending --noconfirm to underlying pacman process), which would behave the same for normal situations, but in case of build errors or other errors, user prompt still will be shown interactively.

is there maybe a finer granular way? like in config file to specify the categories of questions to be (not) confirmed like proceed with installation, replace package, install deps, etc. - that would require a list of possible confirmation categories though
