Based on the previous conversation about documenting some of feature guide - Acter Handbook - now it raises the need of having “help/support center” where user can access the guides and get help on their own within Acter platfrom.

Purpose: This will help users to find answers and resolve issues on their own through our available resource guides. It willm also minimize the need for to reach out to community leads for common questions.
