Better floating for long-text card-items on mobile

We have a few cases where we use cards that could contain larger content and in mobile cases these do not float nicely. e.g. in the Activities screen:

We should define a common widget to use in these circumstances that floats nicer on mobile devices if the content would lead for it to overflow.
