No notifications coming in

i have had the suspection that not all gets push notifications altough they have allowed it. This was confirmed today:

What: User signed up and enabled notificaitons. However doesnt receive notificaitons. When checkin Acter notifications it shows enabled (although error message below for updates = see image below) Also when chekcing phone notification settings, Acrer has enabled push notifications. Still doesnt work.

Fix: When user disabled notifications on phone seetings and enabled again, it now worked. Also the error message for updates was gone.
