Face to face meeting in Winter 2025?

Should we organise a Face to face ACT rules meeting in 2024? This year, TPAC is in California, making it hard for European people to join whether physically or remotely, so we decided not to be there.

We can instead organise a face-to-face meeting in Europe, like we did previously, usually a couple of days at the start or end of the week.
