DXF imports BAD

Importing a DXF into rhino:

The file is Blue. The file is completely upside down, and with multi scale the file is completely mirrored.

Are you unable to do basic translation/scaling of DXF imports? I've never had any issues with DXF export in any other software, however I do not have experience in Rhino.

What does it mean that the file is Blue?

Basic scaling, rotating, mirroring and colour hanging of the file is not an issue to do in rhino, it's just rather annoying.

Rhino allows you to set colours for curves, FF is the only DXF I've seen to not be black. It's cyan, it might be a value set in the DXF export I'll take a look tonight
