Fretboard Edge Overhang
A lot of builders like to have the overhang Taper toward the end of the fretboard. For example a 3mm overhang at the nut and a 4mm overhang at the 24th. Theres no option to do this
There is; use "all" in the fretboard overhang settings. You need to calculate the offset at the bridge, which is no big deal. Offset at the 24th is: 0,75 x (Boh - Noh ) Re-arrange to calculate the bridge overhang backwards from that at the 24th (or any fret).
That's exactly what the "all" option was meant to address. Sounds like you might want to add another option based upon all that performs pins the distance at the final fret rather than the bridge. This would be easy to do by modifying the frontend to calculate the appropriate "all" values for you.

The fretboard end is usually not the length of a fret. It's often a value, with a radius to the edges also like on a fender.
I just happen to use the next fret as it works, but for most it doesn't
