Issue description

After a period of time, the scoreboard will not reduce the number of LEO or any other job in the groups tab.

For example, it will leave the group police count set at 10 even though there is only 5 cops on. You can tell this by looking at the number of players left online on the server. We had 4 players on and it will telling us 8 were cops when there was not even that many people online.

No errors in the console.

Steps to reproduce

Not for sure. Script will work fine at first and then eventually just stops changing certain numbers.
