pipewire support

With pipewire, audio support is much better than with pulseaudio. Please consider supporting that as a dependency instead of pulseaudio

@alanmcg do you know what needs to be changed to support this? Can you maybe supply a Pull Request for this?

But as far as I can see x11docker does not support pipewire. So I'm not sure this can be done wihtout major customization.
