DX-5183: Documentation updates

Where do a recommend BLT documentation updates? For example, the documentation on config split environments does not include the ODE environment, which I discovered in the code for BLT 12. https://docs.acquia.com/blt/developer/config-split/

Is there a way to make the change myself and submit it ?

Sorry, the documentation is unfortunately not open-source. But feel free to suggest a change here and I'll pass it to the docs team. What specifically needs to be added to that page?
