Update BLT-specific documentation

The 9.x README makes reference to some changes that have to be made for compatibility with BLT 9.1.0-alpha1.

BLT is about to roll these changes upstream, so all of this documentation can be removed after that happens. Just advise folks to use BLT 9.1.0 or later. https://github.com/acquia/blt/pull/2911
