request: release v1.0.3 for default-handling fixes

Hello,

we use jjv for JSON schema validation and instantiation, and are mostly very happy with it. Recently we stumbled upon the effects of https://github.com/acornejo/jjv/pull/51 -- since that has been fixed for a while on master, it would be nice if a new version (v1.0.3) could be tagged.
