poppler-quartz install error

When attempting to install poppler-quartz, I get an error, "wrong number of arguments (0 for 3)". It seems to be caused by the call to PopplerData.new.brew with no arguments. Apparently, Formula.new needs three parameters, name, path, and spec.

I just hit this as well, attempting to install Inkscape.
