Merge Cobertura XML files

Includes 2 input test files (not overly useful):

  • cobertura1.xml
  • cobertura2.xml

Logic in merge_coverage.py to merge the hits. Coverage rate would be one to follow.

Includes the output file generated by merge_coverage.py: merged_cobertura.xml
