[Feature] Add superadmin ability to send emails

Overview

Organizers need to send emails to hackers, mentors, and volunteers to keep them informed about the hackathon and for other communication purposes.

Proposal

Add the ability for organizers to send emails to hackers, mentors, volunteers, or everyone. This will be done by super admin accounts only.

Other features:

• Email should have image embeds and file sharing options
• Email should have an option to be scheduled to send at a certain time
• Emails should be editable/deletable before they are sent (if they are in a scheduling queue)
