General Update for Phase 1

This is a update for Phase 1 Check, for all the works towards the customization of the EmpiricalStandard Web

Functionality contains:

  • Adding all table files( starting from CaseSurvey_table, only contains one line for example, fill the rest in the later pushes)
  • Phase 1 includes only the main change of having "_xxx_table.md" for the customization of the checklist

Table Files

  • Each checklist has a corresponding "_xxx_table.md" file in the docs/tables
  • Each table has fields of: Type, Content, Display "Is the deviation reasonable"?, Error Types, Display Free text question?, Free Text Question Label

Each Column's Input restriction

  • Display "Is the deviation reasonable"?: Enter "True" or "False", if false entered, disable the radio yes button for the first question: "Is the deviation reasonable"
  • Error Types: Enter numeric values from 1 to 4, separated by comma. Will display only the corresponding value types
  • Display Free text question?: Enter "True" or "False"
  • Free Text Question Label: The Free text question label if True was selected for the previous field

Above changes are only for checklist for one-phase reviewer

  1. Please make the "no" radio button for unreasonable deviation default to clicked when the yes button is unavailable.
  2. Make the free text box wider and get rid of the surrounding resizeable field
  3. If the reviewer doesn't answer the free text question, then the free text question is not displayed in the .txt download
  4. Change the name of the directory to attribute customizations
  5. Add a readme file to the customizations directory explaining how to use the tables. Emphasize that changing the text of an attribute in a standard will break the corresponding customization
