Since this repository could deal with real money, it would be ideal to have full test coverage.

Coinbase Pro has Sandbox APIs that would be ideal in creating tests. It would also be good to create tests that didn't rely on Coinbase's APIs either.

In an ideal world, some CI would be set up to.
