不需要使用 Le_Deploy_gitee_token, 只需要 GITEE_TOKEN 就够了.

另外, 应该加上前缀: DEPLOY_GITEE_TOKEN

不要使用 _savedomainconf, 使用 _getdeployconf 和 _savedeployconf. 具体用法参考:
