Majorly refactor the modules

So the current implementation was essentially a spike so that I could use Cucumber with Rust. Honeymoon is over, and in my last PR where I added panic catching behavior, I found the current code organization atrocious.

Pls fix, me.

Luckily, tests already exist (in Cucumber form even), so everything can change, but if the tests pass we're golden.
